New reports suggest that Kim and her husband Kanye West are expecting their second child together after a year of trying to conceive.

Apparently, Kim Kardashian is not only pregnant again, but is allegedly already about 12 weeks along in the pregnancy.

During the current season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed that she and Kanye have been trying hard to conceive and that they would continue to try before discussing a surrogate to help give them another child.
